1.What is your MOQ?

2. How can we get a sample to test quality before placing bulk order?
Very glad to tell you that we can supply free sample for quality testing. Usually send out by DHL, FedEx, TNT or UPS. Only shipping cost charges.
3. Can we do printing or label stickers on the bottles?
Yes, we can offer logo print, pattern print, shrink wrap, label stickers on bottles. We can also customized box packaging. Logo color can be made according to pantone color number if you need.
4. Can you produce customized bottles?
Yes, we can open customized mold according to your design.
5.What format of file do you need if we want our own design?
We have our own designer in house. So you can provide JPG, AI, CDR or PDF etc. ( AI will be the best for complicated designs) We will make drawing for mold or pattern design for your final confirmation.
6. What is the normal lead time?
For in stock bottles, we will send out in 1-3 days after receiving your payment. For customized bottles, we will send out 3-20 days depending on the design.
7. What is your shipping methods?
For small trial order, FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT, etc. can be provided.
For bulk order:
DDP by air can be provided, cheaper than international express.
DDP by sea can be provided, cheaper but takes longer.
Also EXW, FOB, CIF are provided.
8. Can you do delivery to Amazon warehouse?
We can supply UPC code freely.
We can supply Amazon label stickers freely.
We can supply full service for delivery to Amazon.
9. Can we get pictures for ads?
Yes, we can supply non-professional pictures for bottles freely, especially for Amazon website.
